Pencil Wonderland is operated by Panayiotis Kalogeropoulos, the controller of information you send directly to us. For privacy questions or requests, contact colourart.printable@gmail.com.
Browsing and downloading
The website's own code does not include advertising services, analytics trackers, account registration, comments, newsletters or contact forms. The illustrations, fonts and printable files are served with the site. You do not submit personal information to us to view or download a worksheet.
The hosting platform may process technical information, including an IP address, browser information and request times, to deliver and secure the website. This version is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Any platform sign-in, essential cookies and related platform processing are handled by the hosting provider under its own policies. Our website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
If you email us
We receive your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. We use these to answer your enquiry, investigate a problem or handle a request. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and maintaining the website; we also process information where necessary to meet legal obligations. We do not use enquiries for marketing.
Please send only the information needed for your enquiry. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the matter and keep necessary records, including where required by law.
Service providers
Our contact mailbox uses Gmail. Email and hosting providers process information to operate their services and may process it outside your country. Their policies explain their own retention, international processing and available controls: Google Privacy Policy and OpenAI Europe Privacy Policy. Platform log retention is governed by the hosting provider's policies. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us using the email above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Children and future changes
Our printables are intended for families and classrooms. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has accidentally sent personal information.
We will update this notice if our practices change, including before adding analytics or advertising services, and provide any choices required for those features.
